| Silvercloud Kitten Replacement Policy At Silvercloud we have a strong commitment to breeding healthy kittens. We take this very seriously and wish to protect our reputation by continuing to take responsibility for a kitten's health and maintaining high standards within our cattery. Our Cattery Management includes :- Selection of Breeding Cats from Healthy Proven Blood Lines Taking Great Care with the General Health Requirements of our Cat's including Feeding a High Quality Diet, Keeping Our Animals Housed Cleanly and Warmly, Regular Worming and Flea Control and Regular Vaccination. Maintaing a Closed Cattery ie :- We do not offer stud services nor allowing our cats to roam outside. Kitten Replacement Policy Once you receive your kitten we will advise you to adopt a similar standard as described above. We hope that you will never have to use this policy, however the reality of animal husbandry is that sometimes things go wrong. In the event that you should lose your kitten bought from Silvercloud before the age of two (2) Years from any of the following :- An Inherited Disease or any of the F3 diseases, provided that you have maintained protection by providing the kittens follow up vaccination as indicated and annually thereafter. We will offer you a replacement kitten which has been desexed and vaccinated at the appropriate age and registered with WNCA Please note this policy only covers replacing a kitten with a similar Silvercloud kitten within a 12 month period (as soon as available). No refunds will be provided. We will not cover any expenses incurred by you including vet fees or any other associated costs . The cost of transport of the replacement kitten must be paid by you.
